Austrian Police Make Three Small Darkweb Drug Busts

Officials of the District Police Command were able to investigate three people who wanted to import narcotics from the Netherlands via the darknet through the mail.

A 36-year-old man from Flachau ordered prescription drugs and five grams of an unidentified designer drug.

A 21-year-old from Werfenweng, Austria, ordered a package with cannabis resin.

Also on the darknet, a 23-year-old from Schwarzach ordered amphetamine powder from the Netherlands.

All packages were secured in the mail distribution center. The three suspects have been reported to the prosecutor.
