Police in Upper Austria are investigating one of their own accused of reselling amphetamine purchased through the dark web.

According to media reports, the 34-year-old police officer was placed under investigation after initial investigations revealed that he may have been involved in a drug trafficking operation in collaboration with his 30-year-old spouse. The couple was allegedly ordering amphetamine from the dark web and distributing it to bodybuilders.
The couple's alleged drug trafficking operation was discovered following investigations into suspected dark web drug orders. The investigators allegedly linked some of the drug orders to the cop's partner.
The investigators executed a search warrant at the couple's residence in February. Media reports say the investigators found approximately one kilogram of amphetamine. The Wels public prosecutor's office did not reveal the exact quantity seized, but confirmed that the amount exceeded the legal limit.
On being questioned, the 30-year-old revealed that they had been ordering amphetamine for personal consumption since 2018. The couple was arrested and released on bond.
The state police department placed the cop under temporary suspension on February 16, pending further investigations.
The ongoing investigations aim to establish the extent of the couple's drug trafficking operation and the identification of their customers.
The cop risks losing his job and pension if convicted.

Ha! Ha! Get busted selling a kilo of speed and, if you're a cop, only lose your pension and be on your merry way.

Can anyone name one politician or law enforcement officer who DOES NOT do drugs? Everyone does them and nobody will admit to doing them because the law is based on religion instead of real things.
