The same thing happened to me too. Exchanged my BTC on Bohemia for XMR and then planned to transfer it to another deposit and then convert it back into Bitcoins. The XMR were supposedly in the queue for 2 days, which of course I checked and was total nonsense. They also didn't want to give me the temporary address of the Bohemia sender account, which can of course be traced on the blockchain once the transaction is completed. To date nothing has happened, except that my Bohemia XMR deposit is also at zero and cannot be found by the transaction. You can even check the Monero queue which was unsuccessful even with zero entries. They are ripping off their long-standing customers by making banal and supposedly ignorant comments. Shame really
