Nightmare Update: Faster with Dark Mode

Less than an hour after posting that Nightmare Market had temporarily entered maintenance mode to update the site’s design in a major way, the market came back online with an all new interface, bug fixes, and a promise that more features will be available in the future.

About the Update

Nightmare Market worked on a complete design overhaul for almost five months, delayed only by the constant denial of service attacks. The first priority was ensuring that deposits and withdrawals worked. And that the market itself remained accessible throughout the attacks. Nightmare Market has been online since the attacks started and rarely has the attacker managed to bring down even a single link.

On June 20, the marketplace’s staff completed the redesign, making the market easier to access for both buyers and sellers. “The new design is meant to give you a much easier and faster way to navigate and get things done,” one of the market’s staff members wrote in an update on Dread. Responses to the update have been primarily positive on darkweb forums as the market is faster. With many markets being shutdown or rendered inoperable due to the attacks, users have flocked to Nightmare. According to the latest figures provided by the market, 94,858 users have joined the market and more than 3,500 large vendor have as well.

Dark Mode

Also, as seen in the picture below, the market now has a dark mode.

In the update, the market explained that the update would help them remain consistently stable and secure. They have already had less downtime than their competition and the update, according to staff, will help the market continue stay online and make any future changes more easily implemented without any downtime.

No user funds during the downtime were lost. And the delays for cryptocurrency deposits and withdrawals have been eliminated. All six coins–Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Litecoin, Zcash, Monero, and Dash–are working normally.

In addition to the improvements listed above, the market made improvements to the search feature, allowing buyers to more easily find specific products and vendors to more easily advertise their listings.

In case you missed the official announcement on Dread or on the market’s official news section, a copy of the update is below:

Some time ago we decided to change and upgrade the market. Our vision is to become the largest platform for Drugs. Frauds and Hacks and a new design is part of that!

The Announcement

And this design is finally here!

The new design is meant to give you a much easier and faster way to navigate and get things done. Focused on improving vendor performance and buyer ease.

We have integrated several new elements to shops and listings overview(s) to give you the most critical information in the fastest way possible to easier find and buy exactly what you need. We have also set up the design so it’s easier for us to integrate technical improvements which will be done in the months to come.

It has been an important step for us to take a DN market further than it has been before because we believe that we have so much more to offer you with regards to technical abilities, visual elements and overall experience.

As always, behind the scenes we remain the most secure platform and are striving to give you the best experience a DN market can give you. We also want to keep making these breakthroughs to become a stronger platform for the years to come.

So go check out the new design after there maintenance and tell us what you think!

Also, some more IMPORTANT NEWS:

After the launch of the new design we will mainly focus on 2 things:

1. We will improve the transaction system so there will be no more problems or delays with any deposit for any of the 6 coins!

2. We will soon implement a shopping-cart system so you can order more products at the same time from different vendors!

Below is a list of official market links. They have been signed and are available on Dread, here, as well.

Hello Nightmare community,

As you all know we are under heavy DDoS attacks since yesterday causing the market to be offline.

We were able to migrate the DDoS attacks, but the attacks were persistent causing the market to go offline again.
We are working hard on migrating it again and finding a permanent solution. Until then you can use following mirror links that we provide:
