Four Arrested in the Netherlands for Darknet Trafficking
Under the direction of the National Public Prosecution Service of the Netherlands, the National Police arrested four darknet drug dealers on Tuesday in Limburg for trafficking ecstasy via the darkweb. From Limburg, the four men and allegedly produced and shipped ecstasy tablets. The suspects will be brought before a judge on Friday. These four will soon land on the arrested darknet vendor list. The investigation into the origin of the packages started after PostNL discovered packages of drugs during a drug investigation in 2017.

Dutch Police Seized a Bulletproof Hosting Company
Dutch police confiscated ten servers from the bulletproof hosting company known as MaxiDed along with a file-sharing service associated with companies in the Netherlands as part of a a long-term investigation in collaboration with Thai police. The owner of the two companies, a 29-year-old man from Moldavia, was arrested in Thailand at a holiday resort in the province of Chumphon, south of Bangkok.

The Public Prosecutor’s office in Frankfurt has charged four men for running the now-defunct darknet child abuse forum Elysium. All four have been charged for administration, development, and moderation of the forum. That have also been charged for distributing child abuse material. And one has been charged for physically abusing two children while holding an administrative position on the forum.

Former Hansa Fraud Vendor Arrested in the Netherlands
Earlier this month, law enforcement in the Netherlands arrested a 28-year old from Rotterdam for allegedly selling stolen or hacked PayPal accounts on the now-defunct Hansa darknet market. The press release on politie.nl revealed that information collected during the investigation into Hansa market vendors eventually led Rotterdam police too the home of a man suspected of selling hacked PayPal accounts. According to information revealed through previous press releases, this fraudulent account vendor was one of only a select few vendors caught via evidence obtained during the Hansa investigation.

An ongoing case at the district court of Freiburg has revealed more information about members of Tabooless Chat as well as the investigation that ended the site. The case focused on the abuse of a child in Staufen but recent developments revealed that many of the suspects had met on Tabooless, used Tabooless actively, and possibly held administrative (or similar) positions.
