Due to airline travel restrictions and cancellations, the U.S. Postal Service has temporarily suspended the guarantee on Priority Mail Express International destined to China, France, Great Britain, Hong Kong, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland. These suspensions will be in effect until further notice. The Postal Service is taking all reasonable measures to minimize impact to our customers.
Owls Head Post Office, 16 Ragged Lake Road, 12969, has temporarily suspended operations immediately until further notice due to a facility issue. Retail and PO Box operations have been moved to the Malone Post Office, 482 E Main Street, 12953. Malone is a full service post office and hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Saturday, 9 a.m. to noon.
Orange Park Mall Post Office, 1910 Wells Rd. Suite J01, 32073 — Retail Operations have been temporarily suspended. Alternate Retail Operations location is Orange Park Post Office, 1335 Kingsley Ave, 32073. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Sawgrass Post Office, 12801 W Sunrise Blvd., Suite 967, Sunrise, 33323-9997. Retail services are available at Sunrise Post Office, 3225 N Hiatus Rd., Fort Lauderdale, 33345-9998. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Saturday, 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Palm Beach Gardens Mall Post Office, 3101 PGA Blvd., Suite E160, Palm Beach Gardens, 33410-9991. Retail services are available at Palm Beach Gardens Post Office, 3330 Fairchild Gardens Ave., 33410-9998. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Saturday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Temporary Service Suspension — The U.S. Postal Service received notice that various postal operators are no longer able to process or deliver international mail or services originating from the United States due to service disruptions related to the COVID-19 pandemic.
As a result, the Postal Service is currently unable to accept items destined for Cayman Islands, Chad, Ecuador, Frencg Polynesia, Honduras, India, Libya, Madagascar, Maldives, Mongolia, New Caledonia, Panama, Peru, Samoa, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Bolivia, Sri Lanka, Zimbabwe, Italy, Kyrgystan, Switzerland, or France at any Post Office or postal facility location, effective April 3 until further notice. Customers are asked to refrain from entering items addressed to Cayman Islands into the USPS system effective immediately.
These service disruptions affect Priority Mail Express International® (PMEI), Priority Mail International® (PMI), First-Class Mail International® (FCMI), First-Class Package International Service® (FCPIS®), International Priority Airmail® (IPA®), International Surface Air Lift® (ISAL®), and M-Bag® items.
For any returned item bearing a customs form, the Postal Service will, upon request, refund postage and fees on mail returned due to the suspension of service. For all other returned items not bearing a customs declarations form, the Postal Service will, upon request, refund postage and fees on mail returned due to the suspension of service, or the sender may remail them with the existing postage once service has been restored. When remailing under this option, customers must cross out the markings “Mail Service Suspended — Return to Sender.”
Unless otherwise noted, service suspensions to a particular country do not affect delivery of military and diplomatic mail.
